The steps to order a swim platform are as follows:

• Take a digital photo of your transom

This photo should be straight on, not at an angle.

Take the photo as close to your transom as possible, while keeping the complete transom in the picture.

• E-mail us your photo

Once we receive your picture via email, we will draw lines on it and label them "A", "B", "C"... ect. This will allow us to refer to common dimensions over the phone or via e-mail.


• We will return your photo

We will e-mail your labeled photo back to you, retaining a copy for ourselves.

• Taking Dimensions

Most dimensions need only be within 1/4" of an inch. If they need to be closer (rarely) we will make this clear to you.

If you have any questions, phone or e-mail us referring to the labeled dimension (s) in question ("A", "B", "C"...ect.).

• Send us the requested dimensions

You do NOT have to put the measurements on the picture. Simply email us with the dimensions requested.

• Double Check

We will compare your dimensions against those in our extensive database to help make sure there are no errors!

• That's it!

When we receive payment we will mail you a color chart to aid in your powder coated color selection and begin the build.

Ship time is usually 7-10 days from the time we get your measurements, payment and color selection.

We are commonly asked the following questions:

Q) Don't you have my boats transom dimensions on file?
A) Usually. But unless it's a baja Outlaw, the factories didn't always take into consideration where they placed the hardware on the transom. Items like k-planes, trim tabs, lifting eyes and exhuast locations vary from boat to boat. Even on identical models.

Q) Can't you contact the factory and ask them for a blue print.
A) No. The factories never kept records on the exact location their installer placed these items. Your digital photo remains the only sure method to ensure your swim platform will fit.

Q) How long does it take before you ship my swim platform?
A) Once we recieve your dimensions, color choice and payment, it usually takes 7-10 days! that's it!
